An analysis of the differences and similarities between international comparative studies and national syllabuses
Sammanfattning 2: In the present study four assessment studies have been analysed: PIRLS 2001,RL 2001, PISA 2000 and NU-03. The aim of this study is to examine the similarities and differences among the frameworks for PISA, PIRLS, and RL with regard to reading literacy on the one hand, and the syllabuses for Swedish with a focus on reading comprehension on the other. Exercises in the internationalstudies and in NU-03 have also been studied and related to the syllabuses.
